The love anime of future girls Yuri is my job revealed a special preview on Friday featuring the Japanese traditional event Momo no Sekku/Hinamatsuri. Momo no Sekku (P=Peach Blossom Festival) or also known as Hinamatsur is a holiday held every March 3rd in Japan to wish healthy growth for girls. The preview features four of the main characters from the anime, namely: Hime Shirasagi, Mitsuki Ayanokoji, Kanoko Mamiya, and Sumika Chibana, who are surrounded by peach blossoms. The anime premieres on April 6.
The series previously unveiled a main preview and trailer last February 14. Studios Passione and LINGS collaborate together on the animation, while Hijiri Sanpei acts as director. Taisuke Iwasaki is the character designer and Megumi Ohashi is the music composer. Yui Ogura, who voices the main character Hime Shirasagi, will perform the opening song, while the ending song is sung by the main characters Hime Shirasagi and Mitsuki Ayanokoji (voiced by Sumire Uesaka). The remaining cast members are as follows:
- Minami Tanaka as Kanoko Mamiya
- Makoto Koichi as Sumika Chibana
- Yukari Tamura as Mai Mikoshiba
- Asami Seto as Nene Nishidera
The television anime is based on the Minman manga, which was first serialized in Ichijinsha Yuri Hime’s November 2016 comic.Kodanshapublished the English version of the manga and described it as:
Hime is a perfect princess in high school – she is admired by everyone and never stumbles! So when she accidentally injures a cafe manager named Mai, she’s willing to cover some shifts to keep her facade intact. To Hime’s surprise, the cafe is themed around a private school where the female staff always do their best for their loyal customers. However, under the guidance of the most graceful girl there, Hime can’t help but blush and pout! Beneath all the frills and laughter, Hime senses a brewing tension as she learns more about her new job and her budding feelings…
