When will Ayumu make her moveepisode 6 will air on August 12 at 1:35am JST. The episode will be available to stream on HIDVE and Bilibili. The TV anime is adapted from the manga by the author of the rom-com seriesAnnoying Master Takagi-san, Soichiro Yamamoto. Studio Silver Link is in charge of producing the series with director Mirai Minato. Hitomi Mieno is writing the script and Kazuya Hirata is doing the character designs.
Bilibilidescribes the plot of the series as:
Ayumu just fell in love with Urushi at first sight and joined the illegitimate shogi club! But Ayumu has vowed not to admit his feelings until he can defeat Urushi, and he has a long wAyumu Tanaka, a first-year high school student, and Urushi Yaotome, a second-year student, are members of the shogi club. Ayumu vows to confess his feelings to Urushi, his senpai, after he manages to beat her in a game of shogi, but he is a novice at the game and Urushi always beats him. Meanwhile, Urushi keeps trying to get Ayumu to admit that he likes her, but Ayumu never lets his face slip.
