Watch the “mini-movie” of Tove Lo’s new single ‘No One Dies From Love’

Tove Lo has shared the video for their new single ‘No One Dies From Love’ – you can check out the clip below.

The song is the first installment from the Swedish-born artist’s new album Los Angeles, which will be a sequel to ‘Sunshine Kitty’ in 2019.

Corresponding to longtime collaborator Ludvig Söderberg, Lo commented on the meaning of ‘No One Dies From Love’: “When you are with someone for a long time and it suddenly ends, it’s like some of you death is now a stranger to you, all memories are corrupted.

“During the first part of the breakup, you feel that you should not feel good about everything you had together. What I think is best for me is a ‘breakable heartbreak’. that’s this song. “

The video for “No one death of love”, as you can see above, was shot in Mexico City and directed by the Brazilian duo Alaska, who has already worked with Lo on the video for “Se lo vas a dice ? “.

“All the songs on the album are very cinematic and dramatic and great, so for the visual story I want to attach a character to each song,” Lo explained in the clip.

“For ‘Nobody Dies Of Love,’ the lonely, vulnerable classic star is looking for a connection. This miniature is a different kind of love story.”

In addition to details of the UK and European tour, Lo announced the launch of Pretty Swede Records, its own record label with mtheory.

“I have a lot of freedom and it was a lot of fun working with the theory,” he said in a statement. “This will be the first issue under my label. I’m a pop chick, but I like to do weird things and be in complete control of the vision. This is a great way to get exactly what I want. . “

Tickets for UK tour dates go on sale on Friday (May 6) at 10am, and you can find them here.
