The Los Angeles star performed an intoxicating version of her single, featuring Thundercat as backing vocalist, with the likes of Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, HER and Lizzo dancing and singing along.

Lacy also took home the Grammy for Best Progressive R&B Album for 2022’s “Gemini Rights”, which NME described in a five-star review as “a fearless follower of The Internet’s guitar”.

Lacy was also nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance.

In October of last year, Lacy scored her first number one with “Bad Habit,” sharing on Instagram that she felt “such gratitude in my whole body” for the achievement.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé won the biggest awards at this year’s Grammys and made history by becoming the most Grammy-winning artist of all time.

It won awards for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, Best Dance/Electronic Album, Best Traditional R&B Performance, and Best R&B Song.

Harry Styles also had a big win at the ceremony, taking home Album of the Year for his third solo album “Harry’s House,” along with Best Pop Album and Best Engineered Recording, Non-Classical.

“This doesn’t happen often for people like me and it’s very, very nice,” he said as he accepted his award. “Thank you very much”.

The pop star performed her hit ‘As It Was,’ and Taylor Swift notably supported Styles’ Grammy win, with the singer hugging and chatting with Styles during Lacy’s performance.

Earlier in the evening, Viola Davis achieved EGOT status with her Grammy win, and Kim Petras honored SOPHIE by becoming the first trans woman to win best pop duo/group performance.
