Axl Rose collapsed on stage during a Guns N’ Roses concert at BST in Hyde Park. Check out the pictures of the moment below.
Although Guns N’ Roses have become famous for the number of bad situations they encounter on tour – be they lateness, technical problems or crowd disturbances – there was a more discreet mistake at their latest concert they had: only two songs made it into the latest concert. .
The moment happened during their headline set at BST Hyde Park 2023, when the band covered their 1991 track “Bad Obsession”, taken from their third album, “Use Your Illusion I”.
During the song, Rose accidentally walked backwards into the drum lift and fell to the ground. He quickly got to his feet and continued the song unscathed. Check out the fan-captured images of the moment.
In their performance on Friday, June 30, the ’80s rock icons offered a repertoire of 27 songs, including their most famous songs: “Welcome To The Jungle”, “Paradise City” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine” , as well as several versions.
Covers, a regular at their later live shows, included UK Subs’ ‘Down On The Farm’, ‘Live And Let Die’ and The Stooges’ ‘TV Eye’, which featured vocals from drummer Duff McKagan.
After their performance, the band published update on his social networks, but there was no mention of the fall. “London! You really F’N’ rocked with us in Hyde Park,” he read. “Thank you Gunners!”

In other Guns N’ Roses news, the band played on the Pyramid Stage as one of the Glastonbury headliners last month. The band took to the stage on Saturday (June 24) and put on a strong performance despite recent criticism of their inclusion on the festival line-up.
In a three-star review, NME described the concert as “one of the most powerful of recent years”, but with a disappointing response, as it was given to the “wrong audience”.
“For any G’N’R fan, the performance at Glasto is without a doubt one of the most powerful rock veterans to put forward in recent years,” the article began. “Unfortunately, the Glastonbury crowd did not pick up on this, as Guns N’ Roses’ sultry, laid-back rock music seemed out of place in the hippie heartland.”
The next stop on the Guns N’ Roses world tour will take place tonight (July 3) at Deutsch Bank Park in Frankfurt. From there, upcoming dates will continue across Europe, including Paris, Rome, Budapest and Athens, before the band returns to the US for concerts across North America.
