Vinland Saga Season 2 have revealed a new trailer featuring the ending theme song ‘Without Theme’ by LMYK. The second season of the anime will be animated by MAPPA studio and will premiere on January 9, 2023.
“Without Love” will be released digitally on February 7, 2023. The opening theme song for the anime is “River” by Anonymouz, as revealed in the previous trailer.

The main cast returns for a second season. Yuto Uemura will once again be Torfin, Kensho Ohno as Kanute, Yoji Ueda as Leif, Akio Otsuka as Thorkel, Hideaki Tezuka as Ketil, Shinsuke Takeuchi as Einar, Mayumi Sako as Arnheide, Taiten Kusunoki as Torgil, Fuminori Komatsu as Snake, Muhihito as Sverkel and Yu Hayashi as Olmar. Vinland Sagais based on a manga by Makoto Yukimura originally published in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen magazine. In late 2005, the manga moved to the seinen magazine Afternoon, where it is still being serialized. The story is a dramatization of the real-life story and focuses on Thorfin Karlsefni Thordarsson, who is given a dark personality and a goal of revenge.
An anime adaptation by WIT Studio aired from July to December 2019 and had 24 episodes. Survive Said The Prophet and Man with a Mission performed the opening tracks titled “Mukanjyo” and “Dark Crow” respectively. Aimer and Millet sang the final themes – “Torches” and “Drown”.
