Uzaki-chan wants to go out! Season 2 Gets 2nd Key Preview, Additional Cast, Release Date

Coming up Uzaki-chan wants to go out! Season 2 released on September 5 the second key visual, which features Hana Uzaki and Shinichi Sakurai in front of a Christmas tree, along with additional cast information, Tomokazu Sugita and Miki Ito, and new character visual effects. The anime is scheduled to air on October 1st.

The visual came up with a phrase about their relationship: “Watching you, teasing you, and cheering you on. Do you feel that there will be a change in the ordinary life of Sempai-and-Kohei…? Their eyes accidentally meet in front of the Christmas tree… Something different will happen.

Newly discovered cast members Tomokazu Sugita and Miki Ito voice Shinichi Sakurai’s parents, father Shiro Sakurai and mother Haruko Sakurai, respectively.

That’s how he wrote and drew Uzaki-chan wants to go out! manga on Niconico Seiga’s Dra Dra Sharp website as of December 2017. The manga inspired the first anime adaptation that aired from July to September 2020, produced by ENGI Studio, which continues in the second season under the direction of Kazuya Miura.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for English editions and described the plot as:
Sakurai Shinichi’s only desire is for some peace and quiet. But Uzaki Hana – his boisterous, gifted underclassman – has other plans. All she wants is to hang around and make fun of him. With the help of her energetic charm and cheerful tenacity, this could be just the beginning of a beautiful relationship!
