The Under Ninja anime revealed its October 5th release date, along with the main trailer and a new visual. Tezuka Productions animated it under the direction of Satoshi Kuwabara. The new trailer also features the opening theme song ‘Hyper’ by Kroi.
The cast for the anime includes Taito Ban as Kuro Kumogakure, Tarusuke Shingaki as Kato, Tasuku Hatanaka as Miracle Hibi, Atsumi Tanezaki as Suzuki, Daiki Yamashita as Shion Hachiya, Chika Anzai as Kawado, Cho as Ono, Shuichi Uchida as Eita, and Sora Tokui as Noguchi .
Keiichiro Oochi is in charge of series composition, Nobutero Yuuki is doing the character designs, with Reina Iwasaki and Akio Ujiie both directing the animation. Pony Canyon will handle the music work. Other staff members include:

After World War II, the Allied Command in Japan developed a new agency to help deal with terrorism and violence in the Pacific region. Ninjas work in the agency and they are initially tasked with dealing with internal affairs. Eventually, this program grew to its current form, managing 20,000 ninjas in a number of domestic and international affairs. One of those ninjas happens to be Kudo. The seventeen-year-old high school loser is now poised to be the next line of defense against a potential influx of foreign assassins invading Tokyo.
