The upcoming Undead Unluck anime adaptation has revealed the main preview ahead of its October 6th premiere date. Studio David Productions is animating the series, which will air on Hulu in the US. The adaptation will be broadcast in two consecutive shows.

Yuki Yase directed the anime, which is based on a manga written by Yoshifumi Tozuka. The manga began serialization in 2020 in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.VIZ Medialicensed in English and describes the plot as:
All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the one in her favorite shojo manga. Unfortunately, her capacity for misfortune makes this impossible. But just as Fuuko hits rock bottom, Andy sweeps her off her feet—literally! She has now become Andy’s unwilling test subject as he works to find a way to give Misfortune a stroke large enough to kill him for good. However, when the couple discover that a secret organization is after them, it postpones Andy’s funeral plans.
