The Teardrop Crystal gets a new trailer

Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystalrevealed a new trailer along with information about a special that will take place on September 23rd. The special will host the main cast (Saori Hayami, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Kaori Nazuka) and reveal new information about the work. Studios Graphinica and Yokohama Animation Lab animated the series based on the 1999 game by Square Enix. The opening theme song “Tear of the Will” by Saori Hayami (who voices Seraphina). The song was composed and arranged by Kevin Penkin.

TheLegend of ManaThe anime adaptation premiered in October this year. The main cast was previously revealed and includes:

  • Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shiloh
  • Kaori Nazuka as Shinju
  • Yuichiro Umehara as Ruri
  • Kaori Nazuka as Pearl Princess
  • Saori Hayami as Seraphina
  • Yuko Sanpei as Bud
  • Shino Shimoji as Corona
  • Sachi Kokuryu as a Duel
  • Yurika Kubo as Li’l Cactus/Saboten-kun

Masato Jinbo directed the anime and oversaw series composition. Taro Ikegami is in charge of the character designs, while Yoko Shimomura composed the music. Warner Bros. Japan produces anime.

The official website describes the plot as:
Shiloh is a young boy who lives near the town of Domina. One day he starts hearing a mysterious voice in his dreams. His voice says he has a mission to complete…
Soon he meets two people who belong to the Jumi race. The Jummies have been targeted by others for years. The reason is the fact that they have a jewel buried in their chest, which has caused many of them to lose their lives. The two spend their lives fending off attackers from around the world.
Shiloh embarks on an adventure to find a special jewel that will help protect them.
