The superhero manga SHY will have an anime adaptation

A leak from Weibo claimed that the manga was written and illustrated by Bukimi Miki, ShyIt will have an anime adaptation. The leak did not reveal any production details or a scheduled release date, so an official confirmation is expected soon.

Bukimi Miki publication of this manga began in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Championship from the publisher acite shot from August 2019. The publisher published the fifteenth compilation volume in August 2022, and will publish the sixteenth on October 6. This is the author’s first work, so no history of his art can be listed.

Summary for SHY

Just as the planet was approaching its third world war, super-powered individuals from all over the world appeared to keep the peace. They were symbols of their respective nations, trying to limit crime and bring justice to injustice. The teenage hero Teru “Shy” Momijiyama is the representative of Japan in the world of heroes. When a mysterious threat known as the Amalareiks emerges, Shy must team up with his fellow heroes to stop them at all costs.
