Pre-announced Kingdoms of Ruin the anime is set to premiere in October this year. In addition, voice actress Ryoko Shiraishi is joining the series as Chloe.
Other cast members include Kaito Ishikawa and Azumi Waki as Adonis and Doroka respectively. Yokohama Animation Lab animated the series. The anime staff includes:

Kingdoms of Ruin is a manga series written and illustrated by Yoruhashi. Began serialization in 2019 in Comic Garden magazine. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed it in English and described the plot as:
Humanity lived in harmony with witches for a long time, but an advanced scientific revolution made witches’ powers unnecessary. Succumbing to resentment and fear, the greatest nation in the world begins a brutal witch hunt and eliminates all witches from the earth. After being forced to watch his beloved teacher die, Adonis, a witch’s apprentice, vows revenge on the empire that took everything from him.
