The girl I like forgot her glasses the anime previewed episode 8 of the series right after the 7th episode. The upcoming episode is titled “To witness a confession with the girl I like”, and its premiere is scheduled for Tuesday, August 22. Crunchyroll, Bilibili, and Ani-One Asia (in select regions) stream the anime.
Shion Wakayama voices the titular character Ai Mie, while Masahiro Ito stars as Kaede Komura. Susumu Kudo serves as the main director, and Katsumasa Yokomine directs the series at GoHands studio. Tamazo Yanagi wrote the script, while Takayuki Uchida adapted the character designs from the manga written by Kume Fujichika. Episode 8 preview video:
The opening theme song “Name” is performed by Tsuzuri, while the ending theme song “Megane Go Round” is performed by the newly formed trio Masayoshi ga Megane wo Wasureta (composed of Masayoshi Oishi, Masahiro Ito, and Shion Wakayama). A creditless version of the two theme song videos was also released.
