The first season ofEminence in the shadowspremiered on October 5, 2022 and had a total of 20 episodes aired in 2 runs. Kazuya Nakanishi directed it at Nexus Studios. HIDIVE delivers it.
Eminence in the shadows(Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) is a series of Japanese light novels by Daisuke Aizawa. Enterbrain serialized it with Tozai’s illustrations since 2018. There is also a manga adaptation by Anri Skano, which is serialized in Kadokawa Shoten.Yen Presspublishes light novels and manga in English. The second season of the anime will adapt volume 3 of the light novel and you can read the synopsis below:
Deep within the city of iniquity lies the Blood Queen, a vampire progenitor who has slumbered in her coffin for many moons. An expert at causing trouble for himself, Sid should know better than to go after her…but he’s dying to get a piece of the action.
