The demon prince of Momochi’s house anime adaptation revealed a new teaser trailer earlier today. Studio Drive animated the adaptation, which was announced in July of this year. The series will begin airing in 2024. The video is available on YouTube, where it is region-locked, and on Twitter, which limits embed visibility.
The main cast for The demon prince of Momochi’s house the anime includes:
- Natsumi Kawaida as Aoi Nanamori
- Takeo Otsukaas Nue
- Shinnosuke Tachibana as Murasaki
- Yuki Ono as Ise
Shirahata Nobuo directed the anime, with Yasuko Aoki in series composition. Mariko Oka is in charge of character design. Tomoyuki Kono and Ayana Tsujita composed the music.
The demon prince of Momochi’s houseis based on a manga series written and illustrated by Aya Shouto. It was serialized in Kadokawa’s Monthly Askafrom February 2013 to August 2019. Viz Media licensed it in English and described the plot as:
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits her ancestral estate, which she has never seen. Momochi House exists on the barrier between the human and spirit realms, and Himari is meant to act as a guardian between the two worlds. But on the day she moves in, she discovers that three beautiful sticks already live in the house, and one seems to have already taken over her role!
