Summary of Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon

After three years in seclusion, the vampire Terakomari Gandesblood (Komari for short) awakens to find that she has been appointed commander of the Mulnite Imperial Army. The problem is that his new unit consists only of belligerent ruffians who turn on their leaders at the slightest hint of weakness. Although Komari comes from a line of vampires that are as powerful as they are famous, she has a very bad image of magic due to her refusal to drink blood: thin, uncoordinated, and inept at magic. With all odds, will the help of her loyal (and slightly desperate) maid Vill be enough to help this recluse find her way to success? Or will Komari regret the day she left the safety of her room?
