The This time I reincarnated as slime (tensor) film and Reincarnated as a sword(TenKen) revealed a joint preview earlier today. Scarlet bonds is currently showing in Japan and TenKen is in its first TV anime season. Both series are based on light novels currently published under Micro magazine’s GC Novel label.
Yu Tanaka writes Reincarnated as a sworda light novel. The novel was first published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in October 2015. GC Novels began publishing it in light novel format in 2016 with illustrations by LLO. A manga adaptation by Tomovo Maruyama is currently underway, along with a spin-off mangaReincarnated as a Sword: Another wishby Hinako Inoue, which launched in June 2020. Seven Seas Entertainment licenseda light novelonmangaandseparate manga. Studio C2C animated the adaptation.
tensoris a Japanese light novel series written by Fuse and illustrated by Mitz Vah. The anime adaptation actually follows the manga, which features illustrations by Taiki Kawakami. The TV anime adaptation by 8bit has 48 episodes divided into two TV seasons. The second season was divided into two courses. There is also a separate anime titledThe Slime Diaries: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slimewhich adapted one of the spin-off manga series.
