Tenacious D have shared the details of a 2023 European tour.
The duo Jack Black and Kyle Gass will return to Europe next summer for a series of shows including a stop at London’s O2 Arena on June 16. That date will be Tenacious D’s first UK show since 2019, when they played a sold-out run of shows that included two nights at Wembley Arena.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (4th November) at 10am GMT here and for the UK date here. Pre-sale information (starting tomorrow, November 2) can be found on the band’s website.

The news of the tour comes after the band played a medley of songs from The Who rock musical Tommy earlier this year.
In June they published a video, which can be seen below, with fragments of the songs ‘Pinball Wizard’, ‘There’s A Doctor’ and ‘Go To The Mirror’.
“Who better to pay tribute to the greatest rock musical of all time? Who? The D’s! That’s it…Who! We’ve been working on this mix for 20 years. It’s finally ready to be released. It’s a blast . Enjoy,” the duo said in a statement.
The clip shows Gass playing a real pinball machine during the ‘Pinball Wizard’ while Black sings the cover.
The band released a 7-inch vinyl version of the mix, with proceeds going to Everytown For Gun Safety, an organization dedicated to finding ways to make communities safer by introducing solutions to help end gun violence .
