Taylor Swift’s pet cat is reportedly worth $97 million (£80 million).
According to The Ultimate Pet Rich List, Olivia Benson, the partner of the pop star, is the third richest pet in the world.
With a net worth of $97 million, Olivia has found success outside of the Instagram influencer world.
“The Scottish Fold made his fortune by starring in several music videos, created his own merchandise line, and had cameos in many big-budget commercials, including Diet Coke and Ned Sneakers.”
According to Yahoo!, the cat made a cameo appearance in the official video for Swift’s “1989” single “Blank Space” (2014) and starred in an AT&T commercial alongside its world-famous owner.

Number one on the list of rich pets is a German shepherd named Gunther VI, who is owned by Gunther Corporation and is worth half a billion dollars. Meanwhile, Nala Cat, a man with more than 4 million followers on Instagram, is claimed to be worth $100 million (£83 million).
Behind Swift’s cats are Oprah Winfrey’s dogs – Sadie, Sunny, Lauren, Layla and Luke – who are estimated to be worth a combined $30 million (£25 million). See the full breakdown here.
The website compiled the list by “analyzing the pet Instagrams with the most followers, likes and engagement rates,” according to an official post.
“Using Instagram data, we calculated how much each of these pets could earn per Instagram post to find out who is the biggest earner and how much the cats could more influential earnings per post.”
