
Spy Classroom postpones episode 8 to March 2nd
Spy classroom postponed the airing of episode 8 to March 2 due to the effect the COVID-19 pandemic had on the production schedule. The episode was scheduled to air on February 23. Instead, a special program will be broadcast in the time slot.
Studio feel adapted the anime based on a light novel written by Takemachi and illustrated by Tomari. Keiichiro Kawaguchi directed the anime and Shinichi Inozume composed the series. Sumie Kinoshita is in charge of character design. The series is known asSpy roomin Japan. The main cast includes:

The light novel written by Takemachi and illustrated by Tomari began serialization in 2020 in Fujimi Fantasia Bunko and currently has 6 volumes. In Japan it is known asSpy room. A manga adaptation by Kaname Seu is currently underway in Media Factory’s Comic Alive magazine. A short story light novel series is also underway. The light novel won the 32nd Fantasia Bunko Award.
Yen Presslicensed the light novel in English and described the plot as:
After a devastating military conflict, the countries wage their shadow wars. An unusual spy, Klaus, has never failed a job despite his quirks, and he builds a team to take on an impossible mission – one with over a 90 percent chance of failure. However, the members he selected were without practical experience. They’ll have to use every trick in the book (and some that aren’t) to prove they’re up to the task!
