Official post of Playstation.Blog describing the new three – tier system for PlayStation Plus was updated yesterday (April 22) to take into account the exact dates to be released later this year. There is almost a month between the first region and the last region to get the league system, and Asia is the first region.

This year’s deployment is as follows:

  • Asia (excluding Japan) is targeting May 23rd
  • Japan focuses on June 1st
  • American Target June 13
  • European Goals 22 June

Access to Sony’s PS Now cloud streaming service will also be expanded, as Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Poland, the Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

As revealed in March, Sony is changing the name of its PlayStation Plus subscription service – which currently offers access to online games and free monthly titles – to reflect Xbox Game Pass. This means that players can subscribe to Essential, Extra or Premium levels with a variety of payment options.

Essential is exactly the same as the current PlayStation Plus deals: two free games per month, discounts, cloud storage for file saving, and multiplayer access. Extra also includes up to 400 PS4 and PS5 titles from PlayStation Studios and partners that can be downloaded and played. Premium offers the previous two series and 340 other games, including PS1, PS2, PSP and PS3 games via cloud streaming as well as time-limited game trials.

Sony also specified at the time that the service will include games as Death Strip, God of war, Spider-man marvel, Spider-Man Marvel: Miles Morales, Mortal Kombat Game 11 Y return On the line.

In other news, Nintendo of America contractors reported alleged abuse and low pay they receive while working part-time at the company.
