Skrillex, Four Tet and Fred Again… gave a last minute concert in London last night (January 5).

At Camden Town’s Electric Ballroom, the producers and DJs performed a set of tracks, including their new single “Rumble”.

The other three also featured songs by Missy Elliott and Beam, all of which are expected to appear on Skrillex’s double album later this year. Below you can see pictures of the concert.

It comes after he shared another new single with PinkPantheress and Trippie Redd titled ‘Way Back’.

After last night’s performance, another show has been announced for tonight (January 6) and tickets will be announced today.

Skrillex, whose real name is Sonny Moore, is announcing his long-awaited second studio album under his pseudonym Skrillex, which he dropped the first words for shortly after his debut “Recess” landed in 2014.

At some point in the past few years, the project morphed into a multi-album, and Moore regularly told fans that he would release his next “album”—plural—in due course.

In 2021, Moore ended a two-year new music drought with a quarter of an indie single: ‘Butterflies,’ featuring Four Tet and Starrah; ‘Too Bizarre’, by Swae Lee and Siickbrain; ‘Supersonic (My Existence)’, by Noisia, Josh Pan and Dylan Brady, from 100 Gecs; and ‘Don’t Go’, by Justin Bieber and Don Toliver.

Although “Recess” is his only full-length work as Skrillex, Moore followed it up in 2015 with the self-titled debut of Jack Ü, his collaborative project with Diplo. He is also said to be working on new material with hardcore band From First To Last, which Moore reunited with in 2017.

Meanwhile, Fred Again … has come second in the BBC’s Sound Of 2023 poll, behind FLO, and Four Tet (real name Kieran Hebden) will be performing at London’s Alexandra Palace in May.
