The previously announced Sasaki and Peeps The anime adaptation will air in 2024, and a new visual teaser was released along with details on the staff and additional cast members. Silver Link animated the series.
Additional cast includes Rie Takahashi as Hoshizaki and Akari Kito as Otonari-san. Other cast members include Tomokazu Sugita as Sasaki and Aoi Yuki as Pee-chan/Peeps. Mirai Minato directed it and Deko Akao composed the series. Naomi Nakashiiki is doing the character designs and Bit Grooove Promotion is handling the sound work.
The Sasaki and Peeps the anime is based on a light novel series written by Buncololi and illustrated by Kantoku. It was first published as a web novel on the novel publishing websites Kakuyomu and Shosetsuka ni Naro in December 2018. It was then serialized under Media Factory MF Bunko J imprint in January 2021. A manga adaptation illustrated by Pureji Osho has also begun serialization in Kadokawa Shoten Shonen Ace Plus in January 2021
Yen Press has licensed both Sasaki and Peeps light novel and manga in english detailing the plot of a light novel as:
