The St. Cecilia and Pastor Lawrenceanime revealed a new trailer on Wednesday along with information about the theme song. J-pop duo ClariS performs the opening theme song titled “Koi Sekai” and the ending theme song “Toko Siesta” is performed by music artist Sasanomaly. Both songs are featured in the latest trailer. The anime will premiere on July 12th after being delayed due to COVID-19 and will have a special screening of the first episode on July 3rd.
Doga Kobo Studio animated the series with director Sumi Noro. Yuka Yamada wrote the script, Nakagawa Hiromi did the character designs, and Ruka Kawada composed the music. The anime previously revealed a trailer and preview last year and two character videos at Anime Japan 2023. The cast includes the following:

- Haruki Ishiya as Abel
- Haruka Tomatsu as Mel
- Mai Nakahara as Rebecca

The St. Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence the anime is based on the manga series by Kazutake Hazano, which has been serialized in Kodansha’s online Shonen Magazine R since 2017 and currently has 12 volumes in circulation.Kodanshalicensed the series in English and they describe the first volume as follows:
Saint Cecilia is beloved by the townspeople – not only is she elegant and poised, but she also benevolently shares her wisdom with all who seek her. That is until the last person leaves – at which point she becomes completely hopeless! Only Pastor Lawrence keeps the Saint together enough to carry out her duties…and though she may test it, it’s all in a day’s work!
