Rihanna has trademarked her clothing line “Fenty Kids
Rihanna has filed a trademark for the Fenty Kids clothing line.
Reports have indicated that the filing was made on January 20 for a range of clothing which could include “baby clothes, swimwear, hats, underwear, footwear, leggings, socks” as well as other childcare items such as to include bibs. [vía HotNewHipHop].
Filing the trademark does not necessarily guarantee that the singer will create a children’s clothing line, but if granted, the trademark will prevent other entities from using the name.
In recent years, Rihanna has successfully launched several businesses under the Fenty name, most notably Fenty Beauty. She has also created a lingerie line, Savage x Fenty, which she shows every year.
The artist is also scheduled to make a live return later this month when she performs at the Super Bowl halftime show, an opportunity she described as an “artist’s dream”. He will be performing at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on February 12th in his first show in five years. Her last live performance was at the 2018 Grammy Awards.
In January, she announced her performance on social media, where voices from fans asked her where she was (perhaps in part to her own 2011 single “Where Have You Been”).
Rihanna was offered the opportunity to headline the 2019 Halftime Show. She turned down the offer to stand in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback who became the first NFL player to kneel in protest against police brutality in 2016.
Separately, a priest recently claimed in a new viral TikTok video that he briefly died and visited hell, and says he saw demons singing to Rihanna.
