Reading and Leeds Festivals have announced the comedians for the Next Stage at the 2023 festivals – see the full list below.
The two festivals return to Richfield Avenue and Bramham Park from August 25-27, headlined by Sirra, Billie Eilish, The Killers, Sam Fender and Imagine Dragons.
The 1975 were also recently announced as late headliners, replacing Lewis Capaldi, who is temporarily taking a break from all live performances following his Glastonbury performance to focus on his mental and physical health.
On The Alternative Stage in Reading & Leeds will be Joel Dommett, Russell Kane, Fern Brady, Chris Washington, Daliso Chaponda, Fern Brady, Laura Lexx, Mark Oliver, Jack Skipper, Sara Schaefer and Thanyia Moore.

Other artists at this year’s festival include Wet Leg, Slowthai, Bicep, Becky Hill, Steve Lacy, Central Cee, MUNA, The Snuts, Tion Wayne and many more.
Playing at TRNSMT festival this month (July 9), 1975 frontman Matty Healy revealed mid-concert that the band will not only be taking Capaldi’s place at the doubleheader, but will be performing their 2013 self-titled debut album in full to mark their 10th anniversary.

Last year, The 1975 headlined the iconic two-venue festival, alongside Arctic Monkeys, Megan Thee Stallion, Dave, Bring Me The Horizon and Halsey.
