
Progressive – Scherzo of Deep Night – Gets second trailer, new key visual
The upcoming Sword Art Online: Progressive -Scherzo of Deep Night- anime film has received a second trailer. The film will be released on September 10, 2022 in Japan. You can watch the video below:

The theme of the song about Sword Art Online: Progressive -Scherzo of Deep Night- is entitled “Shinzo‘ and will be performed by Eir Aoi. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Haruka Tomatsu return to voice Kirito and Asuna. Shiori Izawa will also reprise her role as Argo, who first appeared in episode 3 of the original Sword Art Online anime series.
Sword Art Online: Progressive -Scherzo of Deep Night- is the second film part of SAO Progressive a series of light novels. A-1 Pictures animated it, while Ayako Kono directed. The same director and studio also worked on the first film titled Sword Art Online: Progressive -Aria of a Starless Night-. It premiered on October 31, 2022 in IMAX theaters nationwide in Japan. The film was also released in more than 40 countries around the world.
