
Naruto 20th Anniversary Anime Reveals Visuals, FLOW Theme Songs and PVs
The new four-episode NARUTO anime project has revealed a visual teaser and trailer along with information about the theme song. FLOW returns to the beloved franchise with ‘GO’ as the opener (fourth opening of the original anime) and a cover of ORANGE RANGE’s ‘Viva★Rock’.

The anime, which is part of the adaptation’s 20th anniversary project, will air for four weeks starting on September 3.

Narutothe franchise is based on a manga written by Masashi Kishi. It began serialization in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump in September 1999 and ran for 15 years, until November 2014. A total of 72 volumes have been published. Studio Pierrot animated the adaptation, which premiered in October 2002. The anime was followed by a sequel titledNaruto Shippuden. Shippuden had a total of 500 episodes.
Pierrot is also adaptedBorutomanga sequel originally written by Ukiyo Kodachi. Naruto’s author, Masashi Kishimoto, later took over the story, which features Ikemoto’s illustrations. The manga started in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2016, but moved to V Jump in 2019.Boruto: The Next Generations of Narutothe anime adaptation began airing in April 2017. The story follows Naruto’s son, Boruto.
