Maluma and Megan Thee Stallion are Penske Media Corp.’s first festival of culture and creativity. The two-day event will take place on December 10 and 11 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park.

Megan will host the show on the 10th, and Maluma will host the show on the 11th. Seventeen and Snoop Dogg will be guest artists at the festival. Both are part of LA3C’s full range of talent, which includes musicians, chefs and visual artists. Full details of the schedule will be revealed in the coming weeks.

The event, organized by the parent company, aims to connect people and communities by showcasing a range of multicultural foods and art from some of the world’s most talented artists in Los Angeles. The name of the festival, LA3C, stands for Los Angeles, Capital of Culture and Creativity.

In its inaugural year, LA3C is partnering with non-profit arts organizations Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) and Film Independent.

HOLA helps young people overcome barriers through integrated programming and personalized guidance through its annual academic, artistic, sports and wellness programs, at no cost. For nearly 30 years, Film Independent has been a champion for creative freedom in visual storytelling by providing support to emerging filmmakers from underrepresented communities in film and entertainment.

Other PMC brands including Billboard, VIBE, The Hollywood Reporter, Rolling Stone, Deadline, WWD, Sportico, SHE Media, ARTnews and Robb Report will also be at the event.

Juan Mora, an impact investor and nonprofit leader, was named CEO of LA3C by Jay Penske, President and CEO of PMC.
