Meet Barbatos Bachiko in Iruma-kun Season 3 Episode 2 Review

Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun Season 3 revealed a preview of episode 2 following today’s premiere. The second episode of the season will air on October 15, Saturday. A preview video is available on NHK’s Twitter:

Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun Season 3– Episode 2 preview

Ayumu Murase, Ayaka Asai, and Ryohei Kimura return as Iruma, Clara, and Alice. Junko Takeuchi joins the cast as Barbatos Bachiko (who can be seen in the featured image), along with Kentaro Kumagai, Sho Nogami, and Hiroki Yasumoto, who will voice Ichiro, Niro, and Orobas Koko.

The theme songs for the third season are “Girigiri Ride it” by FANTASTICS by EXIL TRIBE (opening) and “Nabe Bouguet” from Wednesday Campanella (closing theme). Makoto Moriwaki directed the third season ofIruma-kunanime. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is in charge of series composition, and Yumiko Hara is credited with character design. Akimitsu Honma composed the music.

Osamu Nishi is the author of Welcome to the demon school, Iruma-kun(Mairimashita! Iruma-kun) manga that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion since March 2017. Season 1 of the anime adaptation began airing in Fall 2019 and ran for a total of 23 episodes until March 2020. Season 2 ran for a total of 21 episodes starting in April and ends in September 2021, after which Season 3 was announced.

Suzuki Iruma, a human, 14, one day finds himself taken against his will to the demon world. To add to his predicament, his lovable owner and self-proclaimed “grandpa” is the chair demon at his new school. In order to survive, Iruma must deal with a cocky student who challenges him to a duel, a girl with adjustment problems, and so many other scary creatures! Can this supreme pacifist avoid the slings and arrows that are thrown his way? As he fights feverishly, Iruma’s innate kindness begins to win over his enemies.
