Lorde’s sister Indy Yelich shares her new single ‘Killer’
Indy Yelich, Lorde’s little sister, has shared a new single – listen to “Killer” below.
The singer came out with her debut single ‘Threads’ last month, after “secretly working on music for 4 years”.

“I wrote ‘Killer’ on my way to a shoot at Diplo’s house. I had an anxiety attack and I was already 30 minutes late. In the car I remember looking at the rearview mirror of the uber and feeling smaller, red. hot with frustration .”
He said, “To me, this song is about accepting being your own worst enemy, accepting fear. This song is bold and I express my frustrations.”
Check out the video for the track, directed by Jones Crow and Max Movish, below.
Commenting on the video, Crow said: “She is a sophisticated innocence. A beacon of light in a sea of polluted waves. Her enthusiasm for everything makes everything exciting. Her lyrics are a poetic splendor delivered with the voice of an angel.” .
Movish added, “Indy gave me the honor of not only directing her, but directing/expressing her creative vision. In this video she allowed Jones and I to take her to a darker, more mysterious place. She took the role and she was I’m excited for the world to get to know this side of Indy and see all it has to offer sonically and visually.”
