LOONA’s KimLip leaves the stage during a concert in Chicago After fans interrupt her attempt to give a speech by chanting fans

LOONA fans have expressed concern for member KimLip, who was seen leaving the stage during a recent concert in Chicago after her attempt to give a speech was drowned out by chants from fans.

On August 11, the girl group held 12 concerts in Chicago as part of their “LOONATHEWORLD” tour. However, singer KimLip was seen leaving the stage midway through the concert after her attempts to deliver a speech were drowned out by chants from the fans.

As can be seen in the clips posted on Twitter, the group joined together to address the crowd between their songs, each speaking in turn. Halfway through KimLip’s speech, fans were heard chanting the name of member ViVi, who spoke before him.

ViVi was quick to chime in, indicating it was her teammate’s turn, and KimLip appeared to be telling fans to back off, saying “please guys.” The idol left the stage soon after, and some concertgoers They claimed to have seen her “holding back tears”.

KimLip was absent for the remaining three songs, after which LOONA leader HaSeul shared that she would not be returning for the rest of the concert. “Unfortunately, KimLip is not feeling well, so I feel it will be difficult for her to enter the next stages,” he said through a translator.

HaSeul also noted that “it was hard for us to hear each other” sometimes because of the volume of her fans, “So when we talk, we’d appreciate it if you could turn the cheers down a little,” she asked.

Shortly after the incident, tour organizer MyMusicTaste announced on Twitter that KimLip would not be participating in the meeting with LOONA that was to be held later that day.

“To be with Orbit (LOONA fans), every member is putting their all into this tour and wants to spend every moment with the fans,” he wrote in his latest statement .

Although KimLip and Blockberry Creative have not addressed the matter publicly, the idol returned to perform with the group at their Louisville show on August 13. The group will continue to perform in the United States and Mexico in the coming weeks before heading to Europe in September.
