
Kusuriya no Hiitorigoto finally gives an expected premiere date
The official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Natsu Hyuga and illustrated by Toko Shino, Kusuriya no Hiitorigoto (The Apothecary Diaries), a new visual reveal of the project. In the statement it was confirmed that The premiere is scheduled for October 21 in Japan.and he announced that the first three episodes of the series will be shown on the same day.

Hyuuga started publishing the novels on the website Shoutsuka and Narou in October 2011, followed by publication in paperback with illustrations by Touko Shino in August 2014 through the publisher shufunotomo. Summary of Kusuriya no Hiitorigoto
In an Imperial Court in ancient China, a few months have passed since a 17-year-old girl named Maomao was kidnapped and forced to work as a low-ranking servant for the emperor’s palace. However, he manages to maintain his inquisitive and pragmatic spirit, planning to work until his years of servitude are over. One day, however, she realizes that the emperor’s two sons are seriously ill, so she decides to act secretly, using her experience as a pharmacist raised in a slum.
Despite Maomao’s efforts to remain anonymous, she soon catches the eye of Jinshi, an influential eunuch who recognizes her talent. Maomao soon starts getting jobs in the Empire, and gradually begins to make a name for himself by using his knowledge and eccentric personality to solve medical mysteries.
