Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru, comedy web manga by Kagiri Araido is getting an anime adaptation. A visual teaser illustrated by Araido was released as part of the announcement:
The Jisan Baasan Wakagaeru the web manga is written and illustrated by Araido. It was first released on Twitter and Pixiv in October 2019, then on Nico Nico Manga in February 2020. Kadokawa then published the manga’s sixth collected volume in October 2022 and will publish the seventh volume on August 16.
The manga is about an elderly couple named Shozo and Ine Saito who suddenly return to their youth. It follows a young adult couple’s daily life and family time and you can see them defy the expectations of the young.
