Jesse Jo Stark has released a new single called ‘Tornado’ – you can listen to it below.
The song will be included on the Los Angeles singer-songwriter’s debut album, ‘Doomed’, which arrives on September 21st (pre-order here).
“It’s a story about letting your emotions take you to heaven and then burying you six feet deep…somewhere in the desert,” Stark explained in a statement about his latest personal offering.
Tornado follows the artist’s previous singles “Modern Love” and “So Bad” (featuring Jesse Rutherford). , a lonely vision of passionately absorbing love”.
It comes with an official old-school video, recorded on VHS, that gives viewers an intimate look into the mind of the main character, played by Stark’s sister Frankie. See the images below.
Stark is set to perform “Doomed” at her first headlining concerts this fall. He will perform at The Lower Third venue in London on September 30, before performing in Los Angeles (October 15) and New York (October 19).
