The Isekai Shikakuwhich is also known as He is no longer human… In another worldthe manga began serialization on Yawaraka Spirits’ site on October 2, 2019. The first volume was published on April 10, 2020. At the time of this writing, six volumes have been released. Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed the manga in English as They are no longer allowed in another world and the release date is set for December 27th. The plot is described as:

An adventure into another world with cute girls by your side and video game-like powers – sounds like an anime fan’s dream, right? Not so for melancholy author Osamu Dazai, who would literally rather drop dead. Video games hadn’t even been invented yet when he was thrown into another world in 1948. Indeed, all the fantastical adventure he keeps running into just gets in the way of his poetic dream of finding the perfect place to die. But no matter how much he risks his hiding, everything seems to continue to be okay. Follow a hapless hero like no other in this hilariously dark isekai comedy!
