
Hokkaido Gals are super adorable, reveals teaser visual featuring Minami
Hokkaido girls are super adorable revealed a visual teaser during today’s Jump Festa panel. SILVER LINK and BLADE Studios are animating the series, which is due for a single run in 2023. The cast includes:
- Lead Director/Series Composition: Mirai Minato
- Director: Misuzu Hoshino
- Character Design: Katsuyuki Sato
Ayane Sakura, who voices Minami Fuyuki, attended the Jump Festa ’23 panel dedicated to the series along with the manga’s editor. Shimazaki Nobunaga joins the cast as Tsubasa. Minami is introduced in the visual teaser:

Hokkaido girls are super adorable (Dosanko Gyaru wa Namaramenkoi) is based on a manga written and illustrated by Kai Ikada. Serialization began on the Shonen Jump+ platform in September 2019. To date, Shueisha has published a total of 9 volumes. The anime adaptation was announced in October of this year with a preview:

The manga is available to read (for free) at Shueisha’s MangaPLUS platform. The plot is described as follows:
High school student Tsubasa moves to Kitami City in Hokkaido, where he meets a “girl” at a bus stop. The sight of her standing alone against the white snowy landscape, bare feet despite the freezing cold, captured his heart.
