
Gotoubun no Hanayome reveals a new visual for its film
The official site for the Anime adaptation of the Manga written and illustrated by Haruba Negi, Gotoubun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets), a new promotional video has been released for the film franchise, celebrating its release in 91 additional theaters starting July 29. However, there are still no announced plans to release it in theaters in the rest of the world.
The film opened on May 20 in theaters in Japan, racking up more than 1.5 million tickets sold and more than 2 billion yen (over 14.57 million US dollars) in profits. Finally, the new look shows the quintuplets in their school clothes, which, in fact, have not been seen in recent promotional materials.
On the other hand, Haruba Negi published the manga in the magazine Shōnen Weekly Magazine from the publisher Kodansha between August 2017 and February 2020, with a total of fourteen compiled volumes. The work inspired two anime seasons and a film that ended the story.

Gotoubun no Hanayome the Movie Summary
As a part-time tutor, Fuutarou is tasked with guiding the five beautiful girls, who are “about to fail” and “hate studying”, to “step”. Fuutarou struggles to prepare for the school festival while keeping track of Ichika’s studies, who has decided to take a leave of absence to focus on acting, and Yotsuba is more determined than usual to make it to the school festival without any regrets. Exciting days go by and before you know it, it’s the night of the school festival.
Fuutarou is encouraged by Itsuki’s decision not to give up, and searches for answers to Nino’s feelings, Miku’s determination, and his feelings for Ichika, Yotsuba and Itsuki. With each of them having their own thoughts and feelings, the first day of the school festival, the final event of their high school life, finally began. “Come to the classroom at 3:00 pm, the first day of the school festival.” The quintuplets gather in the classroom and Fuutarou finally informs them that he will decide…
