The plaintiff is allegedly seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit, which was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
These new allegations focus on Manson’s behavior towards Bianco after she filed the lawsuit in 2021. After taking part in the photo shoot, Manson is believed to have learned of the deal and “proceeded to call and confront the band’s singer” about “deciding to work with her”.
Bianco claims in the complaint that Manson “threatened the Deftones with actions that would disrupt the band’s world tour and financially harm the Deftones,” countering that the Deftones members instructed the creative director a useless project manager to removed from Bianco’s. photograph.
According to court documents, Bianco claims that he suffered “a loss of exposure from the use of the images during the Deftones’ world tour” and that the loss of the concert “damaged his reputation and the loss of future financial opportunities with the Deftones.” .
The complaint accuses Manson of continuing to “work to silence Ms. Bianco through threats, intimidation and coercion.”
Bianco originally filed a lawsuit against Manson (real name Brian Warner) in 2021 over allegations of sexual assault, sexual assault, and violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act. Among a series of claims, she claims Manson raped her, physically abused her during sexual acts, and denied her food and rest. Bianco is believed to have lived with Manson for a month in 2011.
As reported at the time in Consequence, the lawsuit was filed on April 30 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit alleges that Manson violated California laws regarding sexual assault and battery, as well as human trafficking. Bianco claims that because her visa was granted on the basis that she appears in Manson’s film projects, Manson “was able to control her” by “threatening her to withdraw her assistance if she didn’t like him”.
Another part of the lawsuit claims that Manson “used drugs, violence, and threats of violence to repeatedly coerce sexual acts from Ms. Bianco. [Manson] raped Ms Bianco on or about May 2011.” It alleges other acts occurred “without the consent of the Complainant.”
In response to the original story in 2021, Manson shared a statement through his attorney Howard E. King, in which he denied the allegations. “These claims have been proven false,” the statement said. “To be clear, this lawsuit was filed only after my client refused to bully Ms. Bianco and her attorney into giving in to their outrageous financial demands based on conduct that never occurred. We will vigorously challenge these allegations over before the courts. and we are confident that we will prevail.”
