Fleetwood Mac will release a live version of their breakthrough 1977 album “Rumours.”
Rumors Live” is due out September 8 via Rhino and features recordings made at a concert at the Forum in Los Angeles, attended by nearly 20,000 fans on August 29, 1977. It was one of three concerts held at the Forum at the end of the tour to promote the album, which was released earlier in the year.
Engineer Ken Caillat recorded the set using a mobile recording truck owned by the Recording Plant, the studio where the band recorded most of “Rumours”.
As a preview of the album, the British-American band released the live version of “Dreams” from that concert – check it out, along with the tracklist, below.

The album is the band’s first release since the death of Christine McVie in November. Christine McVie died aged 79 after suffering an ischemic stroke.
Earlier this week, probate documents revealed he left a fortune worth £70m. McVie left most of his estate to his brother John Perfect and his family, as well as several charities that also benefited from his will.
The documents show that his former manager, Martin Wyatt, and American businessman Paul Glass were listed as executors of his estate.
Following the news of his death, Fleetwood Mac paid tribute to their bandmate in a joint statement, describing McVie as “the best musician anyone could have had in their band and the best friend anyone could have had in their life”.
