
Fever 333 cancels all trips until next March “to give everyone the best possible experience”
Fever 333 has halted touring plans for the next five months, citing the need to “reset” after the band lost two of its three members in early October.

On Tuesday, October 4, Aric Improta (drums) and Stephen Harrison (guitar) made statements confirming their departure from the political punk group – the only remaining member being frontman Jason Aalon Butler – with Harrison at claiming that “things were pretty bad internally. ” between the three. In response, Butler assured fans that he would be moving forward with a new “era” of Fever 333.
No word yet on who Butler will recruit to fill the gaps left by Harrison and Improta, or if the frontman plans to continue Fever 333 as a solo project; A statement shared on social media yesterday (November 4) does not use any pronouns or terms that hint in one direction or another, and Butler only refers to Fever 333 as a “project.”
“As difficult as this decision is to make,” he wrote, “Fever 333 will be pausing all live activities until the spring of 2023 in order to give everyone the best possible experience. Please take this time to readjust and the preparation will help achieve that goal On behalf of the project, I would like to thank you all for the energy and support you are always offering . You were promised an exciting new era of Fever 333 and that’s what you’ll have.”

Next spring begins in the United States on Monday, March 20, 2023. Fever 333 has plenty of tour dates scheduled until then, starting with an appearance at the Corona Capital festival in Mexico later this month. From there, the band were due to play at Australia’s Good Things festival, before embarking on a 24-date tour of the UK and Europe in January.
Butler noted in his statement that viewers of any of the canceled Fever 333 shows would be refunded from the original point of purchase.
In August, Butler revealed that NME that Fever 333’s second album was almost finished. “I’m going to finish the album next month,” he said, “and I’m excited about it. I think I’ve created my idea of a genre-defining album that I’ve been wanting all my life to hear.”
