Feel good with the new By the Gods season 2 trailer

By the grace of the gods season 2 has unveiled a new trailer ahead of its January 8, 2023 premiere date. Maho Film is animating the sequel to the isekai slice-of-life series. The opening theme songs for the sequel include “Way to go” by MindaRyn (opening) and “Drum Shiki Tansaki” by Azusa Tadakoro (ending).

Directed by Yuji Yanase By the grace of the gods season 2. Yuka Yamada is in charge of series composition, while Kaho Deguchi is credited as character designer and chief animation director. Hiroaki Tsutsumi composed the music. The main cast returns and includes Azusa Tadakoro as Ryoma, Yuki Kuwahara as Eliaria, Marika Kono as Miya, Sakura Nakamura as Calum, and Risa Kubota as Carla. Yuiko Tatsumi also joins the cast as Miyabi. A new key visual was recently introduced.

The anime is based on the light novel written by Roy and illustrated by Ririnra.J-Roman Clublicenses the series in English and describes it as:
Under the protection of the gods, a peaceful life with slimes in another world begins! One day, the life of middle-aged Japanese businessman Ryoma Takebayashi ended rather suddenly and disappointingly. Ryoma never had a blessed life, but after his death, three great gods sought his cooperation and reincarnated him as a child in another world with swords and magic! Receiving the most heart-warming and divine welcome from the gods, Ryoma decides to live peacefully alone in the forest for a while. Working diligently in magic and hunting, Ryoma’s greatest passion becomes researching his tamed slimes?! Training various slimes (some newly discovered), the curtain rises on this peaceful life fantasy celebrating a second life with good people in another world!
