Farm life in another world anime adaptation revealed the first trailer along with cast information for the anime. Studio Zero-G is animating the series, and the premiere is set for January 6.
The anime was announced this August. The main cast consists of:
- Atsushi Abe as Hiraku
- Aya Suzaki as Tia
- Shino Shimoji as Ru
- Lin as Ria
The anime is based on an isekai light novel written by Kinosuke Naito and illustrated by Yasumo. Originally published as a web novel, the work has been picked up by Enterbrain, which has published 12 volumes since 2017. Manga adaptation ofFarm life in another world(Isekai Nonbiri Nouka) by Yasuyuki Tsurugi is also currently ongoing. It was serialized in Fujimi Shobo’sMonthly Dragon Agesince 2017 and currently has 8 volumes released.

Books for one peacelicensed the manga in English and described the plot as:
After Hiraku dies of a severe illness, God brings him back to life, restores his health and youth, and sends him to a fantasy world of his choosing.
