Drake joins Nelly Furtado on stage to perform ‘I’m Like A Bird’

Drake joined Nelly Furtado on stage in Canada for a performance of ‘I’m Like A Bird’ – watch the moment below.

On Thursday (July 28), Drake kicked off his new Toronto concert series, October World Weekend, at the History venue.

During his performance, Drake brought out his country Nelly Furtado. Together they performed “I’m Like A Bird” and “Promiscuous”.

Drake told the crowd, “I like to treat people the right way. So the only way I’m going to ask the next person to come out of the house and what they’re going to do it now.”

“I don’t care how loud you’re singing tonight… right now I want you to sing as loud as you can because it’s costing me a lot here… The music of the man has changed my life this. I love her. dear.” all my heart, so when he goes out here you better show him godly love too.”

The three-day event continues on Monday, August 1 and will feature sets from Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Lil Baby and an act called “All Canadian North Stars.”

October’s Global Weekend has been promoted as part of the Road to OVO Fest tour (via Pitchfork).

“Currently working on building OVO FEST worldwide in 2023 for the 10th Anniversary,” Drake wrote on Twitter. post from Instagram announces Global October Weekend.

Meanwhile, Drake has responded to reports that he took a 14-minute flight on his private jet, which sparked a backlash earlier this week.
