The official site for the Anime adaptation of the Manga written and illustrated by Daiki Kobayashi, Ragna Crimson, a promotional video and new visuals of the project were published. The video shows a snippet of the opening theme “ROAR”, illustrated by Ulma Sound Junction. Daiki Kobayashi he started publishing the manga in the magazine Gangan Joker monthly game from the publisher Square Enix in March 2017. Kobayashi already wrote another similar manga the blue of the sky and Satsui no Senkibut Ragna Crimson he is the first to inspire an anime adaptation.

Summary of Ragna Crimson
In this dark, action-packed fantasy, humanity lives under the threat of destruction by extremely powerful dragons. Ragna goes on a quest for revenge to end this threat once and for all. Dragon slayers are warriors armed with special silver weapons who kill their prey for a reward. Ragna is the lowest of their ranks, forming an unlikely partnership with the young genius Leonica, a dragon master with more kills than almost anyone else. Ragna just wants to be by Leonica’s side, but his dream is cut short by the attack of the deadliest dragon imaginable…
