Check out The Rills’ hilarious new song, “Spit Me Out.”

Lincoln trio The Rills have shared a new single ahead of a UK tour – listen to “Spit Me Out” below.

The new track follows the band’s recent EP “Do It Differently”, which was released via Nice Swan Records in May.

Discussing the new track, the band said, “It’s a fun song about love and loneliness: “It’s a fun song about love and loneliness. He has a sexy air, but in an uncertain way. He has a clear story in mind, but sometimes it’s best to leave things to the imagination – he’s “showing us a leg”.

Speaking to NME in November, Spencer discussed The Rills’ main influences: “The Arctic Monkeys from the north and the Libertines from the south are our biggest inspirations.

“We’ve always been somewhere in the middle. We’re not the Northern Oasis-inspired mod band, but we’re not some super hip South London post-punk band either: we’re a mix of the two through the contemporary music funnel.”
