The three-day event will take place at the Royal Highland Center in Edinburgh (Scotland) from 25 to 27 August. Several weekend and day ticket options are already on sale.
Primal Scream will headline the bill on Friday night with their special “Screamadelica” set before Fred Again… closes the main stage on Saturday and Sunday nights respectively.
Also on the bill are Franz Ferdinand, RAYE, Loyle Carner, Future Islands, Róisín Murphy, MUNA, Confidence Man, Public Service Broadcasting, Friendly Fires and Kelly Lee Owens.
Organizers promise Connect 2023 will have “more going on”, including live comedy, spoken word, talks and podcasts, as well as a few secret series and details about the event’s wellness programme.

Boygenius, the trio of Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker, will release their debut studio album, “The Record”, on March 31st via Polydor / Interscope (pre-order here).
The band are set to play their UK debut in London and Halifax shortly before their appearance at Connect Festival. Boygenius will also be performing at Coachella 2023 next month.
Fred Again… released the latest installment in his daily album series, ‘Actual Life 3 (1 January – 9 September 2022)’, last October. It peaked at number 28 on NME’s 50 Best Albums of 2022 list.
In a five-star review of the producer’s concert in Brixton in December, NME said that “Fred once again…the bandleader of all, has arrived like a real star.”
