Netflix has released the second trailer for theBaki HanmaSeason 2anime, featuring the 2nd part titled The Father VS Son Saga. Part 1 titledThe Tale of Pickle & The Pickle War Saga was released on July 26, while part 2 will be released on August 24. Watch the new trailer with English subtitles:
The new trailer also previews the part 2 opening song “Sarracenia” bySKY-HIand new ending song “Salvia” byBE:FIRST. New cast members include Megumi Hayashibaraas Emi Akezawa,Hidekatsu Shibataas Yuichiru Hanma and Fumihiko Tachikias Kaiser. Previously, Takeshi Kusao joined as Pickle, while Nobuo Tobita joined as Albert Payne. The first part is streaming on Netflix.

There were 3 sequel manga series,Baki,Baki HanmaandBaki-Dou, all of which ran in the same magazine. Lastly, the 5th series, also titledBaki-Dou(but romanized differently), started in October 2018.

The latest reboot began in 2018 withBaki, which ran for 26 episodes and was animated by Double Eagle and TMS Entertainment.Baki: The Great Raitai Tournament Sagafollowed in Spring of 2020.Baki Hanma(also known asBaki: Son of Ogre) is the third installment of the reboot, andBaki Hanma Season 2will be picking up right after the first season.
