One day in August recorded the highest temperatures in all of Japan. Ojisan and Takafumi couldn’t think straight because of the heat. They manage to cool the room with magic instead of air conditioning, but the fish head they prepared as a gift to the spirits looks unusually delicious. Ojisan realizes that this is a consequence of his previous transformation into a dragon as a reaction to his forced use of magic. He feels the risk of transformative magic again. He remembers the time when even in another world, after transforming into the legendary flaming dragon, his spirit was captured and he could not return.

In the preview trailer, the uncle (Takehito Koyasu) tells the elf (Haruka Tomatsu) that he is interested in ancient magical tools that she has been collecting for the reason that he might be able to find a clue to his birthplace.
