The Japanese dub of A grass-eating dragon of 5000 years has been unfairly attacked the anime will start airing in January 2023. The net original animation is animated by Studio LAN and directed by Liu Siwen.
The Japanese-Chinese anime is co-produced by Bilibili and premiered on July 30 this year. Crispy roll broadcast the animated series outside of Asia. The Chinese version of the series has its own theme songs, “Wei guang” (文光) by Liu Junlang as the opening theme and “Tǎng zài qíngkōng xià” (躻在晴空下) by Xiǎo yuán as the ending theme.

Kadokawa Shoten published three volumes from February 2018 to October 2019 under its Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko imprint. It then received a manga adaptation with art by Koichi Muro. The manga is serialized under Square Enix’s Monthly Gangan Joker from January to November 2018
The series follows the story of a 5,000-year-old herbivorous dragon who lives peacefully. One day a young girl appears in his cave and sacrifices herself to win the favor of her village. The dragon decides to play along to get rid of the girl despite having no knowledge of powers and demons. However, the dragon discovers that the girl is somewhat of a psychopath with extraordinary power. Their joint adventures soon put an end to his rather peaceful life.
